What can I do if my tokens don’t show in my Account?



You may track your transaction by the link provided in the Deposit Received notice email. POKKET will acknowledge tokens deposit after several confirmations.

If you have sent your tokens to the wrong address, there is unfortunately nothing POKKET can do to recover them. We recommend you locate the owner of the wallet address and contact them as soon as possible to try and recover them.
