I lost my two-factor authentication (2-fa) device, can I reset this please?



Please send an email to help@pokket.com with the subject line “Reset 2-fa”. Our support staff will assist you in the process of resetting your two-factor authentication, and in doing so will request you answer a few security questions along with submitting documents proving your account ownership.
